Every forklift truck out of service means slowed operations. That is why technical work plays a central role at Sycarr. Our service team is responsible for the maintenance and repair of electric and internal combustion equipment, alternating between activities at our headquarters and on-site interventions directly at customer premises. This position is part of an organised, well-equipped and continuously growing company, with an initial onboarding path designed to support a gradual and practical integration into the team.
Our ideal candidate
A reliable and hands-on person, with a genuine interest in technical work and the motivation to grow in a constantly evolving sector. We value practical attitude, problem-solving ability, and the willingness to find solutions with method, care and initiative.
Candidates with technical foundations in mechanics, electrical systems or hydraulics are particularly appreciated, as well as having a good familiarity with IT tools used in daily work. The ability to read electrical diagrams is an important advantage, as is a technical diploma in mechanics or mechatronics.
Previous experience in forklift truck maintenance or similar technical roles is certainly valued, but we also carefully consider motivated candidates who wish to grow professionally through training and mentoring.

Technical skills are important, but so are the working style and attitude brought to everyday tasks. Precision, reliability and problem-solving skills are essential qualities, together with a collaborative mindset and customer focus.
